in fairness, we will probably have fabio and ferdinand back for west ham, and possibly mbia. if not, dyer did excellently yesterday at right back and can cover if needed. and im sure he will have a point to prove if he plays against west ham. hill was excellent too.
couldnt give a stuff about the reading game to be perfectly honest. cup run would be nice but a) the league's more important, and b) there's still the FA cup.

just because we have been rubbish in all cup competitions in recent years i dont think we should dismiss them now. it is after all the only major (ish) cup we have ever won. we have a bigger squad now - even tho injuries are mounting up - so should be able to field a decent side. a win is important to get some confidence back and get one or two of our slow starters really firing.

Id have no qualms whatsoever wit Dyer slotting in at RB for Wet Spam. If anything, I think he has earnt his place to start anyway after his performance vs Spuds.

Hill & Nelson were also superb and, despite my doubts over whether Hill can maintain that level of performance, I think he also has earnt a spot & the ugly way Wet Spam play could suit him. Wouldnt be too fusse if Ferdinand & Mbia were both still injured - although dont get me wrong I would obviosuly prefer it if they were fit!

Just hoping Fabio and/or Traore are fit to play LB as I dont have too much confidence in Onouha.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

isn't it sods law with all the midfield and front players we have all the bad injuries other than A.J. seem to be defenders Fabio Ferdinand Traore Bosinwa we're really lightweight in this department. Although Dyer than really well and Ned done ok we could have done with 2 proper full backs on the pitch think we could have exploited a weakness in the spurs defence Swp annd Dyer caused havoc in the 1st half but sadly Dyer is not a full back but played well.

What is it with all our injuries ? All have hammies even Adal pulled up on Friday with one....are we doing something wrong in training ? Cos it ain't normal to have so many at once.

Change in weather. International break leads to these players going off to warmer climates for 2 weeks then returning to England where the temp has dropped considerably in the last 2 weeks
