Anyone expecting a lot of games out of M'Bia will be dissapointed. Has never played more than 30 games in a season and can rarely do 2 in quick succession- he's bit like Rio Ferdinand and constantly needs niggles and injuries to be managed so be prepared for him to miss a few games.

Gutted he is out tomorrow.
