This fit and proper test doesn't include whether the fans liked someone or not.

Briatore's reign may have been a nightmare for us (although not in the long term) but I don't think we can say he wasn't fit or proper.

Jesus wept ! Can see the attraction from fat boys side big ish club decent fan base with good potential but if those two clowns get involved up there then there are some dark times ahead . Another working class club who don't need all the boutique ****. Feel sorry for em but makes me appreciate tony and co even more , thank god they came along when they did

        Being banned from F1?
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

          His wife certainly was.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Between them they only have a few million, can't see Bernie getting involved again.

Ban was lifted/quashed so has no bearing on him being fit and proper.

although their methods were terrible, at the end of the day they did get us to the prem. so maybe bham fans will be open to the idea

He's been convicted of multiple counts of fraud, been to prison twice. Check his wiki, which cant have been incorrectly edited as its been referenced with multiple articles.

not sure that they got us up, their dreadful decisions and mismanagement went through countless managers and by the law of averages we stumbled on Warnock who is a good champonship manager. I think his appointment was as much luck as it was judgement. Take your point though about them getting us up.

He never actually went to prison though and was pardoned with an act of oblivion before returning to Italy a free man. Still doesn't count I'm afraid - even if he might have failed the test in the 80s he received a pardon so it can't be used against him now.
