I definitely think Spurs away is a game we can get something from. We went there last year, when they were in blinding form, now they have weaker team, not in form and we are stronger

I am also quietly confident that QPR can get something from this match. If West Brom and Norwich can, so can QPR. Not to mention that they are still trying to adapt to playing with AVB style.

However, I wouldn't say Spurs have a weaker team when they have the likes of Bale, Dempsey, Dembele, Defoe & Adeybayor in the side.

House gone through, got a snagging list to do . . . Git of a surveyor told them not to trust a builder so they wrote a 5k Retention into the deal !

Anyway didn't see ya there saturday, is that because of your new interest in all things nautical & Eastern ?

As usual, after a superb pre season and lots of transfer activity. The usual suspects begin to moan after just THREE GAMES (Wake up call, we have Chelsea and Spurs next so dont expect much else haha)

1. Ok so we lost to Swansea badly - First half we looked very good IMO and in actual fact our confidence is knocked because of that.
2. Norwich - A good point, we hardly ever get anything against them, not many teams will in actual fact
3. Man CHAMPIONS City - Again we did ok, we played the champs on thier own patch and gave a good account for ourselves

Its key to remember that we have a new squad that need time. Come West Ham at home, I believe we will look a lot better and will get three points.

Keep the faith, MH has already found some gems in Diakite (Mbia will prove superb)

With regards to Park - In all fairness the guy has worked his ******** off, he is a quality player who will give 110% every game. However, he is no exception and he is our Captain so he will need to expect the extra pressure.

There have been quite a few "chin up" threads already,this being another,same points really.Hughes will need some time to get this team to gel,and I think he will but he has had all summer to get his players so owners will expect the team to get results at some stage soon.I am a Hughes fan and still think we will avoid a Relagation battle this year,squad is certainly good enough( despite we only naming 3 strikers),but with 12 new players coming in owners will rightly expect a completely different season to the last one.

Agree with this. When yuo have top players lke, Park, Faurlin, Cesar, Diakite, Granero, surely they will click at some point. When they do, I really can see us playing exciting, expansive football and beating lots of mediocre teams in the league as well as giving the top sides a proper run for their money.
Laat season we took 4 points out if a possible 48 aganst Bolton, Newcastle, Blackburn, Fulham, Sunderland, West Brom, Villa and Norwich. If we swap the 2 relegated teams for 2 of the promoted teams, there is no way we are going to fail the get loads more points than last season from the correspondng fixtures.
It will happen, maybe not overnight
