the strange thing about derry is that he never seems to get tired during a game,and forget the fact that he has grey hair hes really a superman in terms of energy and motivational skills to discard him because of his grey hair would be ridulous

Nope. He could be have a green mohawk and 3ft 6 for all I care, he just isnt upto the pace of PL games IMO. When we have the likes of Park, Diakite, Granero, Faurlin to choose from in CM there is no way I want to see Derry starting.
