Positive: We could and should win our next 6 games

with correct team selection and a bit of luck.

    We are playing

    home:

    Forest
    Accrington
    Peterborough
    Palace

    Away:
    bristol
    Scunny

If we do it ..... then the stats will look so much better

    P7 W5 D2 L0

    &

    3rd round of the Cup.

...... not saying we will do it, but on paper our squad is more than capable.

I think after two games it is too early to judge the team. Like all fans, I am very frustrated and feel like saying "same old rangers".

NOTE: I still think we need a goal scorer, regardless of what happens in the next 6 matches.

I am looking forward to seeing faurlin in midfield with no more mahon and lwood playing together... I think both are good and valuable players for the club but do not think they should play in the same side together.

Glass half full....... this may change after the next 6 results though.

I look forward to the negative replies to this post :exciting:

If you're right (and I hope you are), this would be a happier (and quieter) place.

Our target is 10 points every 6 games.

          Draw against Brsitol City
          Draw against Forest

          beat S****horpe and Peterborough..

Thats your 10 points target for the first 6 games.

That is 2 league games and still no goals for blackstock.
I knew he would struggle to get into the side.
The figure is still £75 and I don't see it coming down much.
I expect to claim at least £40 at the end of the season from you Pete.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

So the target is 76-77 points then?

We better win those games as after the Palace game we have two tricky away games within ten days against Cardiff and Newcastle..... with a home banker against barns sandwiched in the middle!

If the target is 10 points after every 6 games, i would have thought, considering that the first set of 6 are most likely the easiest of the season, to be looking at 15.

If you look at the 2nd set of 6..

Home to Palace, Barnsley & Preston...Away to Cardiff Newcastle & Swansea...its not so easy.

If you look at the 4th set of 6..

Home to Middlesborough, Sheff U & Bristol C....Away to WBA, Watford & Ipswich....then things get even tougher.

So IF, we manage 10 points from from the first 6 games, id say we are still way behind this target.

I think if would have faired us better to have had tougher fixtures at the start.

Let's hope we get the same luck against Palace as Bristol did ;)

I'm sorry but did anyone else think that Bristol effectively cheated in that game?

NO.The Target must be 50 + Points ASAP.

10 from 6 against weak opposition is a terrible target....should be 18 from 6 in my eyes if you want to instill a winning mentality......just proves with that low target they are looking to creep into the play-offs instead of pushing for automatic....just shows they think the team are not strong enough.
And Pete if you are happy with 4 draws on the bounce then all the rubbish about the 0-0's last seasonwas a waste of typing.......0-0 gets the same points as 1-1.

No, they are not looking at teams, it's 10 points from every 6 games played, regardless of who they play, I think that's the way!

It's damn better than least year when we were a few points from play offs and Sousa wanted to give up and look forward to next year. That's when I switched off Sousa!
