              My point being, so far his record stands up. Lets see how he fares over the course of a season. His first full one for QPR.

              Right now he's a Rangers player and for that reason alone he's getting my 100% backing and support to do well.

                we all know if this team doesn't perform jim is out and we are back to square one.

                we can't give him a season. we have given him 6 months already.
