One thing that doesn't work in his favour is that look of despondency that he seems to wear permanently on his face. Most top-level keepers maintain an expression of borderline fury throughout a match. Green on the other hand sometimes looks close to tears.

None of that is his fault neccessarily. And it doesn't have any impact his game. But if he DOES start shipping cheap goals, that expression of sadness/panic just makes the fans even less confident in him.

On a serious note, surely he should be sent to a sports psychologist. I remember we had one at QPR for a couple of weeks in the Jim Smith era and we stormed to the top of the league, then Liverpool hammered us 4-0 and it was all over.
