To me it looked like he went down too early and the ball went threw his hands. No defence in my book, I am afraid that Green has a reputation for balls ups and he has done himself no favours with that effort. That mistake and Mackie missing a golden opportunity we should have been going in at half time one nil up

Going to be a rough season with Green in goal

              Very slow reaction when diving

                We need another new goalkeeper!!

I've never rated Rob Green, he's a bag of nerves! I'd love it if we could sign somebody like Paul Robinson from Blackburn. He's a top keeper, and he shouldn't be playing in the Championship. Green really reminds me of Heurelho Gomes!!! Dear oh dear!

dont wanna shoot him down too early, but he needs to improve quickly and start filling us and more importantly his defenders with confidence.

Give the guy a chance, first goal should of done better but other 4 not his fault.

                          Jesus christ are you serious?

First goal was soft granted but every other goal he was put in a one on one situation, how's he meant to save those when players have a clean pot shot at goal ?!

                          Typical Rangers fans.

Green didn't do anything wrong at the world cup. The only thing that was wrong were all the imbeciles that jumped on his back for him failing to stop a faster more slippery ball that the players were not used to playing with. The completely sealed unstitched jabulani. And from looking at today's ball, I've got a feeling this is another similar type too. I noticed that some of the clearing headers were going miles up into the air, and that some players were having trouble (eg. cisse) with first touch.

People need to realise that as supporters we need get off his back. Look at what we did to SWP... turned him to a shadow of himself.

For all the wingers there Hughes has made his choice and he's our no:1 now... We're not going to get another keeper and we're stuck with him. Just accept that and start backing him!
