Awful planning and implementation.

Hint guys - you should do that bit the day before not during the or after changeover, this is schoolboy stuff - a bit like the design of the site.

I think it may be about to launch on my computer very soon, because everything I click on the old website is coming up with an error. Either that or my internet is crap!

It's like they've taken a terribly designed 2001 era website and updated it to a terribly designed 2006 era website. Progress, lads.

Looks alright to me, I only use the website to look/use my ticket account and I've just gone in ok with the ticket section being like the old one. As to the main website, seems not that responsive but looks good and maybe once it's boosted might be well suited for iPads.

I haven't used it on my HTC yet but the old website was hopeless on my phone, just like those rubbish apps you get free during world cups or euros. I could never use my ticket account on my phone. They should have a system whereby st holders/members can purchase extra tickets quickly and easily on any device with a minimum amount of clicks.

Are you a windows user or mac? to me the new design is similar to what Microsoft is trying to achieve in its smart phones and in the upcoming Windows 8. Plenty of info at the fingertips without too much navigating. Actually to me the whole page looks like a smart phone app. Have to get with the tech m8..its not the 00's anymore :-

Just for a quick insight, I am a big media, smartphone and tablet fan. So yes I think the website has 'Potential' (Which relates to my 'needs work' comment)

However, For the majority of non techy people, they will find this website very poor.

- Because the information is so squeezed and jumbled together it makes it look very messy!!

I am windows user by day and Mac by night.

Yeah sure there is an improvement to the old fashioned style we had prior. However there is a lot of issues with this new website and I feel its not be designed or thought about well.
