I would presume the buyer will get an e-ticket emailed to them and the card made invalid for the game

I rang them friday and they still dont know how its going to work. They also said all season ticket holders will be notified by post how to use viagogo once they sort it out.

The whole ground has to be sold out before you can sell back... Gooner mate says the games that sell out are normally the big ones and nobody wants to give their ticket up anyway for those games..

i opened an account tonight with them, as i can't make the game,it has let me put my seat up for resale,there are about 17 tickets on resale.you have to be on the club's client base to be able to buy any tickets for sale,collection is either by a paper ticket in the post,or collection at the club on the day of the game.

Do you know whether you have to put it on sale at a capped price (ie it cannot go higer than a normal matchday ticket) or can your ticket go at any price.Also is it a bidding procedure such as ebay or fixed price?
