I definitely would've signed him on and after the final whistle at man c I was sure Hughes was going to make him one of his first signings. There is more to this saga than meets the eye which is a shame as he won many people over with his fully committed performances.
Win or lose, on the booze

        Thats what I thought too.

I think he can play both sides thought tbf which is pretty handy.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

He is, but he can play both sides, the defender being mentioned from France is a leftie and plays left back/ centre back..

I sort of stand alone here and I am delighted we did not sign him, great bloke and totally committed, however his positional sense was terrible and I always thought we look vulnerable on the left.

            However good-luck to the bloke

Good luck Taiwo, thanks for helping to keep us up. Gutted he's not signed permanently :(

Far from the truth in my opinon.
But I accept your. He must have asked for big wages, I should believe?

PS. I sincerly hope he doesn´t regret the move and pick of club and country. I can´t see really imagine a coloured player will get free of abuse in Ukranie.

You know it could possibly be that Taiwo didn't want to come to us, why does it have to be Hughes fault?
Russia will pay him better salaries and the have Champions league football

I have a feeling this could be the case as well. Maybe he got caught up in the emotion of it all but in the cold light of day didn't fancy it on a perm basis ? Maybe sparky didn't fancy him ? Guess we will never know but he goes with my thanks and wish him all the best. Onwards and upwards in Hughes we Trust

Disagree. At the end of the saeason he was as good as any defender we had. Bit gutted we didn't secure him longterm, but MH will have valid reasons i'm sure, and that's good enough for me. Good luck Taiwo.
