A Right back or Center back?

I know many people have their eyes set on Samba, but apparently he cannot play for another team this year, (unless he didn't play for Blackburn in Jan). For me he is the number one choice too, but unfortunately we can't change the rules. So would it be better to sign a right back, no names at the top of my head of potential targets, but Onouha is stronger at center back, so would a right back be a suitable choice.

He can play for another team, it's 2 teams in a season, not 12 months.

Why would we need a RB? According to some on here it'll be Onouha. There's also Young or Harriman for back up. Personally I think it'll be Fabio.

I have a feeling MH might just be happy with his CB group.

In any case he did not play for Blackburn after Christmas

but still contracted to blackburn so was still a blackburn player until feb 24th but it 2 teams in a season anyway so we can sign him and i hope we do our back 4 will be very solid actually our whole squad will be solid which excites me.
