Renewed mine and the rest of the families on the day they were released and yet we all got individual letters in the post this morning inviting us to apply!! so goodness knows what going to happen!

Online ticketing shows them all as 'active' and has allocated loyalty points so I guess everything is okay, just hope the cards arrive intime for the Swansea game

Same here - RobP & I renewed online the first morning but today's letters were the standard ones inviting us to renew. However, I notice that last year's cards have no date on them. So I assume that, as they've updated our detail on the database (checked on the website & OK) we don't need anything more for now. Looking forward to getting the goody bag too of course, but not holding my breath!

Exactly the same here, mildly interested in what changes there might be to the goody bag but access to tickets is sorted which is the main thing
