This isnt true in the slightest. He has agreed terms, and has joined the club. We are now in negotiation with blackburn over fee. If a fee isnt agreed, it goes to tribunal. Clibs have to be seen to make every effort to settle it amongst themselves as tribunals are an expensive waste of time. If a club is viewed to have not tried to settle outside of the tribunal it isnt looked favourably on. Both clubs would have made an estimation on what the likely outcome would be if it went to tribunal, and are negotiating to this price. Am guessing club arent annoubncing it either until a fee has been agreed, or until he is out with rest of team. Hes is a rangers player

The whole of the team and backroom staff are in Asia, when they return it will be announced, I think Wednesday. If he isn't signing why has he not gone elsewhere yet?
