I have subcribed in QPR Player and trying to watch highlight for the 1-0 away win to Everton and 3-0 away win to Wolves, but they never get downloaded. Does anyone face the same problem?

The videos there are just for playback - dont think anything is downloadable.

I am having the same problem can watch all other play back games except those 2 no idea what the problem is.
