If we move to the Unigate site we may have to change our name the 'Milkmen'. TF will become known as 'Ernie' but who will be Two Ton Ted from Teddington?

Dont know the size of the site tbh, but you would be very suprised how much you can fit on a relatively small building foot print.

IF this is the site in question, then this would already have been discussed at the design feasability stage as we are at a more advanced stage I believe, with TF having mentioned designs already (or am I making this bit up?!).
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

            It's 10.3 acres.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I think this is unlikely July 18, you can see the plans. Then there a numerous consulations and they are not thinking of coming to a decision until next year. I don't think Tony wants to wait that long as he seems anxious to get started. Though having said that if he comes to an agreement that we have the stadium and the council (or whoever) gets there "affordable" housing then it might work. Berkeley Homes built the apartments where we live and they go building permission on the understanding that they also provided "affordable" housing. Not sure there is a problem with having a stadium in a residential area. Wimbledon is in a residential area, which is why there was all the fuss about them finishing at 11 pm.

i imagine you need at least 6 acres for stadium footprint alone

Yes, but in 1904 when it was built, I don't think people bothered about that sort of thing.
