They can offer him Champions League football. Can't blame him for wanting to go to Germany tbh

With the way things are going its important to sign players who believe in the boards vision for the club. I would say we pay damn good wages and its a very exciting time for the club, I would like Hoilett to sign but if he doesn't want to be here and be part of a whole new era then its his loss and we should move on to target No.2

Quite feasible as i mentioned earlier in this thread, he's going for discussions and to look at their facilities etc... it's no guarantee he'll sign. Everyone goes on about they can offer Champions league etc, but for all we know they could be hoping that sways him and be offering a far weaker financial package than us, in the hope he's desperate for the Champions league carrot.... nobody knows.Originally posted by QPR Richard View PostSSN reported the Times has said Hoilett is still favourite to sign for us even though he's in talks with B-Moen.
At the end of the day if his dad / agent are as greedy as said, they will hear BM offer and then if its better than ours come back to us and say BM are offereing us htis, will you match it...? It's basic negotiation.
At the end of the day they may have champs lge football but it may be shortlived... i would imagine any young player who's played prem football would want to stay in the prem.

The Times is seen a high quality paper, and the story has just been repeated on SSN.Originally posted by w12dave View PostIs The Times a reliable source? I don't read the Times newspaper, too many words for me and not enough picturesSupporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
