As mentioned previously, you are forgetting that it was SWP's on target shot that won the corner against Sjoke, from which we scored and survived. That alone is worth a mention

I merely corrected your incorrect opinion on SWP not making goals or having an effect on matches with a simple fact. That he got the most assists last season which means he makes goals and has an effect on matches. This is fact and not opinion.

You then realised you were wrong and started listing Mackies assists/goals which have nothing to do with the fact i presented.

For the record you can take out those 2 SWP assists you talk about, and he still got more assists last season than Mackie. Remember that is fact and not opinion.

so aside the two i named what are swp's other assists?

i genuinely cant remember.. i know he got 6 - i think he assisted cisse vs bolton which we lost.

would be a good signing for wet spam but i can see SWP doing better for us this season under MH with some summer stability and time, so for that reason i'd keep him. HOWEVER the size of our squad troubles me together with some of the wages and the fact that we do need to offload. that and us getting JH will be the deciding factors methinks. if we don't get JH and we end up with an in-form SWP next season it ain't all bad.
