if QPR signed these 2 aswell as Noughton that our trafers finished them 3 would be the icing on the cake and would also show intent to take QPR 2 bigger and better things.

Even if we don't sign another player I believe we're in much better shape than last season at this time obviously! It is silly season and it is fun to speculate/dream!

Gallas played 15 games last season because of various injuries. We don`t need an expensive, last pay-day, injury prone CB. No thanks. Cisse is our best FW and Defoe is not the perfect foil for him. They are the same type of players AND Cisse is better. Defoe prob will see a move to us as a step down and won`t be joining us because he`s itching to achieve something. Another player with a last pay-day aura. No thanks.

Bold I know but I kind of agree with you. Both are excellent players but as you say, last pay day for Gallas and Defoe wouldn't get into the side any more at QPR than he has done at Spurs as Cisse is better!
