    Love that game!

Would also love Park rumour to be true, I know we have discussed him before on here, but IMO, he really is a top player and would be a massive signing for us: both on and off the field.

I think I'm turning Korean this morning. All this talk of Korean signings - v much hope its this one rather than the other one but I have my doubts about it.

I don't know the Celtic guy but the Man Utd Park would be a huge signing
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

The first tweet I saw about Ki was one saying that QPR will be announcing their first ever Korean player on Monday, and that it was thought to be the Celtic player.

          It has spiralled from that.

Either would be a good signing to be honest.

Understand that ‪#QPR‬ have submitted a £5 million bid for Manchester United's Ji-Sung Park. ‪#MUFC‬ expected to accept.

            #QPR‬ are now 1/6 from yesterday's 6/1 @SkyBet to sign Ji-Sung Park following a reported £5million bid for the ‪#MUFC‬ player.

I believe the Celtic midfielder ( not sure his name) has stated he would rather play in Spain, and has had interest from La Liga

That sounds quite positive tbf, livened my afternoon up thats for sure!

I reckon he is quite easily worth £5mill, defiantley. Very good player, plays wide right or left I believe (?) and has bundles of top flight and CL experience.

would be a great signing for us and shows intent - as long as it's not purely a branding ploy - the football side of any signing must be paramount imo, any commercial spin off should be a bonus.

No way will we pay €5 million for a 31 year old,€2 million sounds about right, but he would be a very good signing for us,plays in midfield or on the wing

I wouldn't be so sure. £5m may well be regarded as 'peanuts' in business terms if a player like this fits not only the playing requirement, but also the transformation of the club from a business perspective.

£5mill, in the 2012 world of PL football, isnt a big sum of money at all. Especially not for a player of his marketing ability. Even purely football wise, he is 31, not 35, he has a few years left in him and has bundles of top top experience, he has played in some of the biggest games in the club football calender. IMO anyway, he is certainly worth spending £5mill on - he would probably generate that in a week in merchandise from the Asian market.
