McGregor as back up to Green, but i suspect he'll end up being first choice somewhere in the championship.

Naismith would be a decent addition to the squad, seems to always put a shift in.

Whitaker is very versatile so he'd be a good option as well.

I wish we'd of waited and gotten McGregor over Green.
But Naismith and Aluko would both be excellent, Naismith and Cisse could form an awesome strike duo
We're Queens Park Rangers and we always do things the hard way!

Green is a far better keeper than McGregor.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Yes, I would definitely take Rob Green over Allan McGregor, he is a far better keeper.

You could argue that Steven Naismith, Kyle Lafferty, Steven Davis or Steven Whittaker are all worth a look but in reality I think they would all be unlikely to make that many first team appearances. I rate Davis but our central midfield is starting to shape up pretty well and I really can't see him in getting the nod in front of Diakite of Faurlin. I do also like Maurice Edu but he is a very similar player to Diakite and as such probably not worth looking at.

Not sure if buying players from the SPL is the way forward. It would be like buying players from the English Championship or League 1 and hoping they'll make the step up.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I've always thought that but then Jelavic has slightly changed my mind. Viduka also another example. I'm sure there are many others too.

Those and Di Canio are the very few SPL players who have made impacts in the EPL. I would be very selective in getting players from there. If they had been good enough, they would not have gone to a such a weak league.
