Depends. If the board is honest and simply says "we don't want to spend the money as think the club should stand on its own feet" I would be disapointed but accept it. But if they come out with more rubbish about how we are blessed with attacking options (I can see poor Jim Magilton reduced to saying come April "actually, Gary Borrowdale could do a job up front...") and how we don't need anyone, then I think I might well go out and shoot someone. So yes, I wd be mildly perturbed...

i agree the team being supported always comes first but that will surely be a sign by the owners than any promotion( which will be unlikely) will be tried to be attained on the cheap!!!

I've just seen the replay. I'm not as worried as I was over the weekend. Balanta and Viney just need some time. Helgusson on the other hand is a worry. He has to put that one away that hit the bar. Hopefully the Italian will be swapped out for him.
