The question everyone is thinking tho is how likely is it any of these players would actually come to us!!

Dos Santos was obviously loaned out last year and JM knows him, Welbeck has been banded around several times but the other two are too near to the first team.

sturridge, a real handful with an eye for a goal, just the type of player i think we need to suit the style of taraabt. However Dos Santos would be the most realistic shout.

He chose QPR, but we pulled out/messed him about at the last minute.

Sturridge without a doubt. The kid oozes class and was scoring pretty regularly for Man city when called upon. I actually like Balanta up front instead of on the wing though.

Is this another post to spark up a bit of excitment by an chance only to miss out these strikers to the likes of Barnsley, Doncaster, Coventry or Yeovil!

I hate to use this example but Fulham bought a young striker which pretty much tore up every division in Louis Saha for 2.1 mil. They then went on to make a out 10 mill profit when selling him. Loaning is not the way our owners will turn a profit. It's nice they spent 3.5 mill on a midfielder but that wasn't the need.

Dos Santos isn't a striker, where would he fit in?

In a midfield containing flair players like:

Balanta
Buzsaky
Routledge
Taarabt
