Would of thought a contract could be signed by a player and the club before July 1st but just has to be sanctioned by FA to make it complete. Other teams have announced signings- hazard to chel****,Rodriguez to saints so must be able to get players in,I hope so coz June is gonna be a long month if not.

Bearing in mind our history regarding signings over the last years, I think the new policy is a wize move from the club. Just my opinion of course. But gosh, this can be a long summer for all of us...
