Considering that I can still easily get into my old and many times washed LeCoq/Cargiant XL shirt but I feel cramped in Lotto ###L shirts, I would definitely go for ###XL

Sizing was definately smaller on this seasons shirt compared to last seasons.Usually a large but had to buy XL.
