It would help if people said more than just they "find him irritating". It just sounds disrespectful and a bit childish. If he's done something to annoy you, spill the kidney beans. If he's done nothing to annoy you that you can identify, it's you who has the problem, not him. And it's you who should "deal with it", not him.

I like the guy. Often sat near him at away games but have never spoken to him.
