My concern solely revolves around the lack of knowledge and scope around the scouting network. Reliance on one source (and it is - just look at the signings and rumoured signings and attempted signings over the past 18 months all point to far more than a co-incidence) is inherently wrong. We could be missing out on so many other opportunities and players - its allowed our scouting network to dissolve into nothing and, as I've banged on on a number of occassions, provides plenty of ammunition for those who may wish to pursue differing agenda's (especially tied in with the loss of an experienced club secretary).
The scouting system desperately needs sorting.
