I thought he had an off game compared to his recent high standard. He wasn't that bad, but it just seemed it wasn't happening for him and passes we going astray and shots off. I actually think he may have suffered for Diakite being out also as they've struck up a goop partnership.

Lost count of the amount of times he went charging up the wing carrying the ball and won us a free kick. Love him or hate him he is top player when he is on his game.

Agree. Im a Buzz fan but have to admit hes been poor of late, passing without looking up and giving possesion away. Really cant afford that vs Citeh, they will punish us. Fingers crossed Diakite is fit.

Buzz looked like a fish out of water, no point in having him on the pitch just in case we get a free kick. JB was MOTM of a game in which we werent allowed to play football.

Absolutely spot on, Barton gets far to much criticism and Buzacky far to much praise

The problem we have is that without Diakite we struggle in the midfield,this isn,t too bad at home as on our compact ground Derry can be in the oppositions faces....however in the bigger pitches he is found wanting....Buzz im afraid is not good enough!!

Barton never gave up and kept driving us forward in the last 20 mins, his work rate was superb also worth a mention was Tarbs work rate as even he ran his socks off traking back along with Ferdinand, Hill, Ned and Twaio who lets face it had 90 mins of bombs comi ng there way and stood big and firm.
