Introduce myself

Hello,

I'm new to this forum but found it last year but only just registered.

A lone QPR fan in my neck of the woods this site has been a nice read and sometimes refuge.

My Dad's friend (a QPR nut and not with us now rest his soul) took me to my first game aged about 13 and we beat Luton 6-1. About 1990.

Inspired, educated, encouraged and amused by many of the passionate fans on here. I usually drive to games (only half a dozen a year), then go home. Would be great to get the train instead and meet up with some of you next season.

Just wanted to say hello really, wish you good health and a good evening. Big day tomorrow gents.

You're not the only QPR fan in Crawley by the way, there was another one who used to post on here. Also I used to live in Horsham and there are a fair few QPR fans there, they used to drink in a pub down the Broadbridge Heath end of town, can't remember the name off the top of my head.

'famous' is not a word associated with moi usually old chap....though i did play the 'wizard' in the wizard who hated christmas the wormholt park school play in 1973!!

I've been called worse. Not much mind. There was a bloke with same name who got a winner in a cup final if that's what you mean. But don't hold that against me.

But brother gets the same problem.

God knows why Mum called him Frank Sinclair.
