LEDGE BACK IN TRAINING

R's midfielder Mikele Leigertwood has returned to full training this morning (Thursday).

The influential 26 year-old, who has been sidelined with a thigh injury in recent weeks, has handed Jim Magilton a massive boost ahead of the big kick-off against Blackpool by returning to action at Harlington.

Leigertwood joins Matt Connolly and Akos Buzsaky back in the fold, but fellow midfielder Alejandro Faurlin (thigh) remains sidelined.
