    difference between magilton and dowie

magilton knows the score.I cant believe that he wont have our boys well fired up.He will need to as holloway most definitely will.Following on from thread the other day what do you think will happen if we dont win on saturday? i reckon boos will be heard big time.

Madge was very vocal and impassioned at the Southampton game -- we were right near the dugout and he was well fired up.
If that's what he's like for a friendly, hopefully he will be STEAMING for the league games.

Magilton will last a bit longer,i think, not necessarly because he is a better manager, but because the owners know at this stage sacking a manager isnt the answer, and no one would want the job anyway.I predict Magilton will last the season and will be axed next summer, but will guide the club to 8th position.I personally, given the cash he has been given, would think that would be a decent finish, but think anything less than the play offs will not be enough.

                      dowie

dowie proved when he got oldham and palace promoted to the prem that he has fantastic coaching capabillites indeed he could claim to be in the top five coaches in the country
but as brian clough proved when he failed at brighton and leeds, even a football genius can be at the club at the wrong time
and sadly for dowie he chose a defensive style playing one up front it looked almost like he was playing a mediterainian style to please briatore
YOU MUST BE YOUR OWN MAN IF YOUR A MANAGER........and unfortunately for dowie he tried to be something he is not
magilton may well get the sack but he is going to manage the magilton way i trully hope he succeds

It remains to be seen but Dowie has the best win ratio of managers qpr have had so lets see what Magilton can do starting Saturday
