Beggars belief if you think that was a penalty. The interviewer had it right, you don't go in the opposite direction as to where your shirt is being pulled it defies the laws of physics. You don't spin when your shirt (and it was not) being pulled, your arm goes down hard to strike the arm. Even the Man U supporters (to a man and woman) I was with apologised saying Young had dived and they did not want to get ahead that way.

I also think that Cisse will play (start) some of the games as the team set up will change according to the opposition. He will take Hoth apart for example.

I never thought the FA would rescind the card, once the ref has said he sore the push and gave the penalty and had to give the red card, the FA were never going to go against there man, however wrong it was.

Only 3 grounds for upholding the appeal. a) wrong player (not the case) b) inconsistent with his report c) incorrect application of the laws of the game (not the case because his report will say he saw the hand go out albeit on the blind side and the player went down). Cant use video to overrule because it will be based on how he saw it from his angle. Video can only be used in events that the officials never saw and took a decision on.

But lets not let commonsense get in the way of supporting officials right or wrong and poor refereeing as he could not see the hand contact on the shirt. He guessed and got it wrong.

For reasons that are obvious I wont say much and where but I was flying out of an airfield and when I landed I walked over to what I think is TF's runaround. I said I got to take a picture of that, felt as green as the trim but then the plane I was flying is decked out in blue and white

A ref admit he was wrong!! now there's a novelty.

Factually that is not correct in regard to the IRC they have no powers to do so. It is Professional Game Match Officials Board or PGMOB as it sometimes know as and is independent of the FA. What does happen is that the IRC may report on such matters and the report can as you have pointed be acted upon by the PGMOB but you will never ever see the direct link.

Think TF's runaround is a C510 Based at EGLK - Or so the guy from the operating company that manages on his behalf informs me. Supposed to be the best one in the fleet too (top spec) but its not often used for ad hoc charter.

In fact Tony being a big lad I would have thought the C510 would have been a little small for him, perfect little run around for him but thought he would have gone for the Excel / XLS as it would have been more suited for him
