"Jacob Mellis has been arrested over a bloody fight with his girlfriend.
Mellis, who was axed by Chelsea after a prank with a smoke grenade, was nicked in hospital after being taken to A&E with the 19-year-old following a row at his Surrey apartment.
Police are believed to have kicked in the security door at Mellis' £400,000 home in Cobham as the bust-up in the early hours of Sunday stunned neighbours."

Nice to see that some on here have found him guilty for of beating up his girlfriend while the police seem happy issuing cautions TO BOTH PARTIES. Couldnt have been that serious or the police would have taken it further..

Talking out your #### mate.I kicked fook out some geezer outside an Indian and only got a caution as he did not want to take it any further.

Odds are they both agreed to accept a caution,which last 5 years and you get pulled into court if nicked again during that period,as it was the least hassle for them and the police.

Don't talk about things you know fook all about mate.
