Welbeck.....Going Into The Championship

Just goes to show, if the right opportunity comes along that we do show interest. Blackpool want him , which is unlikely. The biggest competition could actually be Derby County, but not given up hope.

He will have a call back clause, but looks like Ferguson is ready to loan him out to the championship until Christmas to get games under his belt.

Fantastic potential. Whoever signs him could get a Campbell/Hull equivalent. Slightly selfish on the ball (which comes from playing with Ronaldo for many years) but great eye for goal and will get people off their seats.

Not the best acquisition we could make, but still an improvement. Would walk into most CCC teams so I'd be happy if we pulled this off.

Would rather him come to us than a rival. The lad has good off the ball movement, so I could see him being a success if he gambles in the area enough.

He is only 18 years old I think we need experienced striker rather than him. we already have Balanta.

For me this would be a good signing. He will be hungry and will want to show Sir Alex that he isn't far away from the 1st team. He has good pace and movement and will work hard. For me I am very pleased we didn't sign Lita. He is only interested in money and is a very lazy player. I don't think he has looked good for 2 seasons. So yes Welbeck would be worth signing on loan and I think Alex would rather he joined us.
