Evidently Barton moved out of his house to get repairs/renovations done? and before builders went in Squaters moved in and changed the locks now he faces a legal battle to get them removed!

I don't understand your country's legislation on this matter. Why does it have to be a "legal battle" to remove someone who basically stole your house from you? It should be a much more straightforward battle - enter the house and throw them out, end of.Banning people is no longer my hobby,
