why swp? and why taarabt in the middle of midfield?

I think Barton is better suited to the right, Taarabt to play make in midfield and with Diakite holding, there's pace in the middle. SWP or Smith i wasn't really sure, but id go with SWP first, was thinking of Taiwo and Traore in front but changed my mind.

Yeah understand, just think shift Barton wide right , bring in Taarabt to the middle where he is more dangerous to the opposition, and with Diakite holding it will release Taarabt in a more attacking sense.

Doesn't have to be a flat midfield with that line up, Taarabt could push forward to make a three, with three behind. as long as the team got the shape back when they lose the ball, so not over run in the midfield, think it could work.
