Wigan and Wolves Are Down..Its One From other 3

REALITY is if we can get to the same points as Blackburn last game of the season, the irony it could be Chelsea THAT actually could help us out by winning against Blackburn.

It's over because we're not getting any luck and don't look like getting any within this season.

Wolves and Wigan have some tough fixtures coming up and actually so do Bolton, and don't think they will all get more than 5 pts each really. We have much harder fixtures coming up but we have something that our fellow struggling friends don't, which are better players who can produce goals. So I wouldn't be surprised if we got some draws and a few wins against the top teams.

The fixture list means nothing anyway. The so called weaker mid table teams are just as likely to beat to bottom few as the top teams. Fulham did wolves for 5 and Everton have beaten city, chelsea and now spurs in a few weeks.

Also bear in mind some of the top teams we have may have a bit of complacency against the lower teams, or rest players for the following match, which could work in our favour. Also although I don't really want them to win the league I now hope city pull away and secure the league before our match. Could happen and we may get them after they've been celebrating and take the foot off the gas.... Again could work in our favour.

There will be plenty of twists yet. Also we have the luxury of a top class striker in Cisse who is averaging a goal every 105 mins for us and he has a quality support cast who just need to remember their lines.

Let's just rally together and see what happens, but if our luck changes I can see us getting a few wins and nicking the odd unexpected point in our remaining games.

Just my opinion but I think we are done. If you cannot secure points against the likes of Wolves,Blackburn,Fulham & Bolton what prayer do you think we have against Liverpool,Arsenal,Man.Utd,Tottenham etc

Looking back the Cisse sending off against Wolves was the point of no return. Hope I am proved wrong though.

I've been watching this one, Wigan should be 4 up, this result will bury us a little deeper!

Mulunmbu stays on and Cisse was sent off! Where's the consistency?

Anyone watching this match? How is it that Mulubu (sp) stays on the pitch after a violent act? After some of the reds we've had this season it is sickening!

Daym! All 3 teams at the bottom on 22 pts. Wow got a feeling this will go down to the last day

Always thought that it will come down to goal average.

I caught some of the game as well -I know we feel that the fates conspire against us -but I bet all the other strugglers feel the same -Wigan really should have won today - - they must think someone up there has it in for them. Maybe the great fan in the sky does like us after all?-St Jude IS the patron saint of lost causes after all!
