Pat Nevin was quite good on Barton. Said he doesn't understand if he is a defensive midfielder, an attacking one, a wide one, a tackler, a creater, a box to box one, or what? His point was he does a little bit of everything but doesn't do anything v well.

That said, odd selection today. We know from earlier in the season Barton isn't any good on the right. Id have had and Diakte in the middle and SWP on the right, but hey.
