I checked online and it has not updated and loyalty points not added and not had a chance to check the bank balance this week

nothing yet replied to email last week suggested which MU tickets but no more than that.

They had said in the email that they were going to sort out Mon (27th Feb)

Thats what I got also and I thought they would take the cash then but I am still unsure if they have processed them yet

Was told that were taking both payments on Mon 27th but nothing come out yet
