Connolly is not a left back, he is best at the centre and has even said to jim that he wants centre back role, unless of course it is to cover for an injury.

Vignal will sign, we need him.

Pete how can you say Borrowdale has done well! Didn't get a game under Sousa or Ainsworth! Hasn't started half the friendlys and hasn't exactly set the world alight when he has played! Magilton has already had two trialist left backs and there are rumors we are in for a Championship left back so he clearly doesn't rate Borrowdale and wants a new player in that position. If you think he's done well I think your on your own there.

As for Sousa not picking Borrowdale, well he picked German ahead of Balanta so I wouldn't read too much into it.
