This might just mean it hurries things along. It's only two weeks till the new season and the sooner he signs for someone the better for both the club and the player. If we are interested this news will speed things up from our point of view.

He turned Sheffield Utd down back in January so I would assume that other clubs will still be in with a shout if they make their move now.

If we're talking purely on football I would love to see him at Loftus Road but as has been pointed out a number of times the guy is a prize nob and potentially a trouble maker and distruptive influence!

at 24,and with the blunts buying ched,this would be a gamble for lita.playing and living in the capital has got to be more appealing.in saying that sheff utd will be a top team looking for a prem spot,same as us.but as a regular starter and the world cup next year,he,ll want to graft week in week out,and before i get slated about a world cup place,this boy was on the fringes with the u21,s not so long ago.at 24 he still has time on his side to make the squad for s africa

im with Cait...........not fussed if he signs or not, i dont think he's all that. i was bored one day last year and saw him in a reserve match at loftus road, i think before he went to norwich.

He was absolute pants, you could say he wasnt interested as it was a reserve game but he wouldnt have impressed his watching management.
