We normally issue a warning first, no points but if it happens again or the poster don't want to listen then we issue points.

Minimum points when issued is 2 points, you still have 3 points before any ban and you are more likely to receive a warning or a private massage than more points again, we don't want to ban anyone but rules have to apply to everyone, it's only fair.

To be honest hardly anyone gets any points/warnings and it's a much better system than banning someone on the spot without explanation.

We provide a button to 'report posts', it then can be viewed by all the mods, it will be discussed and then take appropriate action.

All points expires after 90 days.

Who does this because it may be worth getting the points if that's what's on offer. Not by any of the mods though please, i'm sure you could sort out a nice sort to give them though.

Facto received infraction points for suggesting that black people are intellectually inferior to everybody else. He can be a very funny poster but at times his comments are completely unacceptable. Needs to realise that there is a fine line between 'banter' and 'offence'.

I like facto and think he posts some funny stuff, but having just read what he posted i think he went way to far and imo was racist!
