I know it was the same season, but we don't know if there were any reasons for it... rubbish tactics, playing a style that doesn't suit, or out of position etc... At the end of the day we are an ordinary team and the fact he's proved he has goals in him gives me hope and i'm certainly intrigued to see how it goes and will give him a good chance.Originally posted by sirpiechucker View PostPlayed in the same division last season and the one before that. Did worse playing for a better side. Scored lots of goals for an ordinary team.

Couldn't agree more. He has proven in a league not to dissimilar to our own that he can score goals at a good rate. Last season he was in a better team and wasn't first choice. Therefore he was in and out of the side as there was much more competition for his place. I believe Pichlmann is the team captain at Grossetto who is also a striker so it would have been difficult for Pellicori to displace him from the team.Originally posted by Del View PostI know it was the same season, but we don't know if there were any reasons for it... rubbish tactics, playing a style that doesn't suit, or out of position etc...
