i can just see that - deserves it so much for effort and in fact influence/work input output since november/december. his last bad game was spurs away i feel. since then/since being picked again he's really shown us what he can do. delighted with him and will cheer to the rafters a goal from him.

for me the big thing is mackies performance,some years ago a forest team that was capable of mid table sold sherringham and got relegated,then qpr sold ferdinand and got relegated,this reason i think blackburn will stay up is because of yacuba,villa looked appaling and could have dropped but bent changed there whole team around

the prem is about having a form striker,fulham of course have dempsey,we desperately need mackie to be on fire if he can score two goals the whole team will raise its game,and yes we can beat fulham

but the prem is all about strikers
