Cooke's Pie & Mash (QPR Related)

This is London magazine has been established for over 65 years, providing readers with information about events, exhibitions, music, concerts, theatre and dining. As life returns to normal, Londoners are heading back into the Capital and many visitors are already coming from further afield.

Apologies if this has already been posted. Be good if QPR fans could show support in April with the Mods. I for one will be attending.

been going there since i was a young boy.saw the this is london programme last night and it looks like these shops will get knocked down with the new flats/shop complex going ahead. To all us pie/mash lovers who have frequented cookes down the years it will be sad to see it go.Looking at the future plan /complex illustration on the programme it says shop owners will be offered a shop underneath the new flats.i`d be surprised if cookes takes up that option, but you never know they may.I certainly hope so.I have signed the petition via the book in the shop awhile ago.

Its the least we can do Spank.

Cookes remains as popular as ever with Rangers fans. It has great historical and cultural value and is an integral part of the local heritage and community. For these reasons we should do all we can to have its existence protected.

Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless

It will be a shame if it goes. Been to a few Pie and Mash shops but nothing quite beats the taste of Cooke's. There's one in Basildon i go to a bit and thats decent enough but like i said Cooke's is numero uno
