Diakite to join QPR squad on overseas trip

Mark Hughes will take his players for a break in the sun next week – and plans to use the trip to help Samba Diakite settle among his new team-mates.

QPR have a two-week gap in fixtures after Saturday’s game at Blackburn and manager Hughes wants them to recharge their batteries ahead of the London derby against Fulham on 25 February.

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

          "back to back home defeats"

Don't let a home win against Wigan come between the truth and a good story reporter....

Mark Hughes: 'You can look back on spilt milk...'

Did this inspire John Osborne's play 'Look Back on Spilt Milk' or Oasis's 'Don't Look Back on Spilt Milk' or both?

Maybe they should play the next home game (Fulham) in Fuengirola and pay for the supporters to go watch it!
