I wonder if he considered the pros and cons of hiring a black lawyer for this one. Remember the recent "accidental" photo session with a black kid in some store...

I'm wondering that he didn't play last night in case the swans gave him the blank handshake too. Which would have caused more press headlines. I didn't see any challenge on saturday that warranted an 'injury'?

Obviously the fine is nothing to him, but just knowing the england captain has a criminal conviction for racial abuse will be one of the highlights of my season. But then that could be the reason he gets off.

Short Hearing today. Terry's lawyers looking to get this adjourned which they will so he can play in the Euro's. This will drag on and on.

Weak livered justice system? so England will have their captain at the Euro's with a racist charge hanging over his head. & the weak do sweet F.A will do nothing about it, I hope every Black player at the Euro's refuses to shake his hand in protest lets see how embarassed the F.A would be about that.
