Wouldn't they have had to finalise a work permit before confirming the signing...?

That's the only reason Henrique didn't join, becasue he didn't get a permit, so surely after that debacle, they wouldn't announce other signings if there was a potential permit issue?

If that wasn't the policy, then why didn't they announce Henrique had signed, before the permit went belly up...

Thought hughes has said there was an issue getting it stamped rather than having to go to a tribunal or court to get agreed.

Stuck in Germany, load of rubbish mate.

When he signed he was photoed at the ground shaking Hughes hand, wasn't stuck then.....

He's played in the EU for years with Marseille and Milan and has a load of caps for Nigeria.

            There will be no issue.

I didn't say there was a problem with the permit, just saying he doesn't have one yet. He IS in Germany now waiting to come back but won't until his permit comes through. Only passing on what i was told. I can't tell you by whom though. Sorry, but it is someone very close to the player. We'll see won't we very soon if it's tre

Fair enough. But if there's a problem why won't it be sorted by the week-end. There was a problem Friday, so he couldn't play on saturday but given it's been a week-end in between can't imagine there's much more to update?

As was said before, if he was playing in Italy his visa would have been Italian. It is possible that he might have to return to Italy to get some sort of exit visa. However I do not understand why he would be in Germany.

IF true what a joke, this wouldnt happen at any other club. But that is being negative and that ain't my style
                        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                        And many more mistakes

Good news, need to get our new players involved as soon as possible.

Anyone think him and Onuoha might get the nod on Wednesday night?
