Just found out that Taye is having problems sorting out his work permit and is currently stuck in Germany trying to sort this out. He won't be back until the end of the week at the earliest ruling him out of the Villa game on Wednesday

couldnt he just train and not take payment for the minute so therefore not working
sure the club can sort it out at later date, means he can jump into side for sat

He can't train with he club as that is perceived as working. He's in Germany with friends and apparently having a great time

hes got a lot of caps for nigeria also think same rules appply accross eurozone??

so if hes got enough for italy should have enough for here??

also positive club would have spoken to dwp before going this far and would have had the nod that was ok

Pretty much what I thought in that if he can play in italy and we're still (just about) in the EU, he can play here.

rubbish. he was at the wigan game how is he "stuck in germany" .
